Stay
Minimum stay of 2 days on weekends,
no arrival or departure on Saturday
Minimum stay of 3 nights on weekends where there is a statutory holiday
Minimum stay of 2 nights during the summer season.
Stay payable at 100% when booking online.
A security deposit of $300 is due two days before your arrival and returned upon your departure.
Pricing
The price shown is based on double occupancy.
There is a charge of $10/night/additional child and $15/night/additional adult.
Cancellation
Cancellation 30 days in advance : fixed fee of $25 + taxes
Cancellation 15 to 29 days in advance : 75% refund
Cancellation less than 15 days : no refund
Gift certificates : Non-refundable and valid at all times.
